- Full payment must be completed before or at the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
- Extra charges (if any) must be paid at the end of the journey.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in advance.
- Refund eligibility depends on timing and type of booking.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
4. Pricing & Additional Charges
The quoted price may exclude:
- Toll taxes

- Parking charges
- Driver night charges (if applicable)
- Extra kilometers beyond package limit
All additional charges must be paid by the customer.
5. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate pickup and drop details
- Maintain proper behavior during travel
- Not damage the vehicle
- Follow local laws and regulations
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
6. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during travel.
- Customers are responsible for their luggage and valuables.
7. Driver Authority
Our drivers have the right to refuse service if:
- The customer behaves inappropriately
- Safety is compromised
- Payment terms are not honored
8. Tour Packages
For Himachal or outstation tour packages:
- Hotel bookings (if included) are subject to availability.
- Sightseeing depends on weather and local conditions.
- Any change in itinerary may affect pricing.
